Privacy

This page explains what is recorded when you use the forms on this website, where it is kept, and what rights you have over it.

Who is responsible

Dewayz, through the website dewayz.com, is responsible for the information collected here. For any question or request about your personal information, use the contact page.

What is recorded

Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject of your question, your country of residence, your nationality, your message, and the language you are reading the site in.

Newsletter: your email address and your chosen language, nothing else.

With both forms, your browser type and the page you arrived from are stored. Your IP address is not stored.

This site never asks for documents, passport or identity numbers, or bank details. Please do not put them in the contact form.

Why it is needed

Contact form entries are used to answer your question and to work out which route fits your circumstances.

A newsletter address is recorded only on your own consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your information is not sold and is not passed to another company for advertising.

Where it is kept

Messages and email addresses are stored in a database on Supabase, whose servers for this project are in Germany (Frankfurt).

The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which, like any web server, keeps short-term technical logs of requests.

What you write into the forms does not leave the European Union.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how the pages are used: which pages are viewed, where visitors click, and how far they scroll. Clarity also builds a picture of how a visitor moved through a page; text you type into form fields is masked by default and is not recorded.

This places a cookie in your browser. If you clear or block cookies for this site in your browser settings, these statistics are not collected and the rest of the site works as usual.

Microsoft provides a general opt-out at clarity.microsoft.com.

How long it is kept

Your message is kept while your question is open, and afterwards for as long as follow-up or a legal obligation requires.

A newsletter address stays until you unsubscribe.

You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict how it is used, or withdraw your consent.

Use the contact page for any of these requests.

If you live in a country with a data protection authority, you also have the right to complain to it.

Changes to this page

If the way the site works changes, this page is updated and the review date at the foot of the page changes with it.
