Start with the questions that matter

Do you have a suitable job offer? Do you hold a bachelor's or another university degree? Does the contract salary reach the level required for the residence title you want? If the answer to some of these is no, there is no need to worry: even so, you can obtain a Blue Card visa or German residence in several ways, and we find the one that suits you best.

What we do for you

The four services Dewayz offers, with what you get and what we do.

  • An EU Blue Card job contract in Germany

We find you an EU Blue Card job contract in Germany, with no language certificate required, and your spouse and children receive residence at the same time as you.

  • Residence in Germany by buying an active business

You are outside Germany, and here we are your eyes and hands. We find and examine a running, profitable business that suits you, give you a full report, and once you approve it we carry the purchase through to the end. From the day you arrive your business is trading and you have an income, and through this business you and your family receive residence, with no university degree or language certificate required for the main applicant.

  • Buying property in Germany alongside residence

If you want to buy property in Germany and obtain residence at the same time, we do both with one team.

  • Student services and a study residence permit

We obtain your university or preparatory college (Studienkolleg) admission, complete your student visa file, arrange housing before you arrive and meet you at the airport. Most public universities in Germany charge no tuition fees.

How the process begins with Dewayz

  1. We review your qualifications, work experience, language, job offer and place of residence.

  2. We identify the routes worth considering and the gaps that need attention.

  3. We help you organise the documents and application preparation relevant to the chosen route.

  4. Before a consular step, we check the current requirements of the responsible German mission.

Clear answers before big promises

Immigration decisions are personal and administrative. A general webpage cannot predict the outcome of an individual case. We explain what the published rules say, what still needs checking and what only the responsible German authority can decide.

Routes we can help you understand

  1. 1. The visa and arriving

The first step is the right visa for your circumstances. Whether you hold a job contract, are buying a business or are going to study changes both the visa and the papers.

  2. 2. Residence and work

Once you arrive the residence permit is issued and your working life begins. The Blue Card is the most common of them, and finding its contract is our work.

  3. 3. Permanent residence

After a set time, and once the conditions are met, you may apply for permanent residence. Blue Card holders reach this point sooner.

  4. 4. Citizenship and a passport

A German passport follows citizenship, not residence. Residence, language and means of support are each assessed separately.
