Services
Buying property in Germany alongside residence
If you want to buy property in Germany and obtain residence at the same time, we do both with one team.

Two routes
Route A — a Blue Card contract and a home
We find you a Blue Card job contract; while you work in Germany, you also own your home.
Route B — a company, with the property in its name
We register a company for you and the property is bought in the company's name; residence comes through the company's activity.
